After 2 years I continue to look forward to Thursday mornings where Polly expertly and professionally illiterates, describes and guides us through Pilates moves and holds, gently pushing and encouraging us to take it to the next level. She is mindful of any health issues and provides alternative holds/moves. I feel the sessions really have helped me to develop my core strength and have improved my posture.
