No matter what your fitness level, Polly is so enthusiastic and encouraging you’ll get the most out of the hour. Don’t get me wrong, she works you hard and you get the whole upper, lower body & core workout but Polly makes it fun (despite you temporarily feeling busted) with great music to boot! Just when you think you’ve reached your burn limit in your glutes or abs, you hear ‘… and 10 more….’ You can moan, groan, laugh all you want but we know Polly clearly loves what she does giving 100% to the session/group. If you’ve never done circuits before, you’ll really enjoy this class. I really feel like I’m becoming stronger and fitter for tennis and running."
