How does Pilates Work?

We currently offer both an online and small group in-person Pilates classes, plus 1:1 training (both in-person and online). One-to-one is extremely useful to do either regularly (particularly if you prefer dedicated attention or are dealing with an injury), or periodically to run through the technique of specific exercises in more detail. Pilates classes layer exercises to suit varying abilities. NB – The online class is NOT suitable for absolute beginners, the in-person classes are suitable for all levels including beginners. The evening class being the most recently added. In general Pilates can be taught in a more gentle and relaxing way, or more advanced, and anywhere in between!  All you need is a mat to get going.
