The Classes
We are currently running circuit training classes which are more strength-based than cardio, but cover all bases really! After a warm up you will make your way around a number of exercise ‘stations’ offering different exercises and equipment for you to try. We do some group work together after one round (mostly involving bands!), and then get into a second round of the circuits, followed by abdominal/core work, before stretches at the end… sending you on your merry way with a big smile on your face! These classes are primarily outdoors, but can be inside the Firestone studio depending on the weather.

We are looking to open new classes very soon, so please do keep in touch via our website and social media to keep abreast of new developments. You can always request new classes, and if sufficient demand and availability we can look to setting this up.
